Advice to a poet

Remember, don’t forget the rhymes,

And always keep, a good rhythmic time.

Make each word count,

And make the words bounce,

For if you do these things,

Your well on the way to writing a good poem.

But most of all, what ever you do,

Don’t forget to ‘feel.’
