Dear liar

Dear liar;

you who lit my ‘love fires’

and then just walked away.

You who took my heart higher

but then did not stay;

I’d like to say;

your words are so hollow,

I know now there was no meaning in your promises of 'tomorrow.'

You’re just the biggest bringer of sorrow,

and then you go.

Dear liar;

are you satisfied you got your sex craved hands on me,

with all those long nights cups of coffee.

But it was never for ‘us’ or for ‘we,’

I know now it was all only ever ‘for thee.’

And so dear liar;

I think you don’t really know ‘how to care.’

All you really wanted is to sow your seeds everywhere.

Get me in your ‘bed type lair’

and pretend that you want to share.

And so dear liar;

I never want to see your face.

I’ll try so hard not to hate,

but I can see now how this ending was always our fate.

Using my emotions like a fly to bate.

So dear liar;

don’t ever come calling round.

Don’t come to this part of town

with your flowers and your sad sad frown.

Cause I’m not letting you ever again ‘get me down.’

because dear liar;

I see straight through you.

Your forever sexual randy moods,

and so I say to you, “screw you.”

"I hope you get your just deserts real soon."
