Forms of expression

in a reincarnation theme

In the seventieth century they gave me a ‘gun.’

And I expressed myself with all my might and outrage regarding the injustices that I saw around me.

In the nineteenth century they gave me an ‘army’ to do with as I wanted. And I went about righting what I thought was wrong in the world.

In the twenty first century I gave myself a ‘pen’ and I went about reflecting on all the wrongs I had done. And with the gravest sense of urgencies I attempted to say;

“Please! do not follow my example!”
