If I had the means
“Ladies and gentlemen, if I had the means,
if you voted for me I would make this country clean.”
“Clean of corruption and of crime.
If I had the means I would rid this country of its filth and slime.”
“And how will you do this?” asked a reporter
"This I will tell you, ‘when I get the means’ after I am elected."
