Money matters in the church
Father O’Riely and father O’Brien
Father O’Brien.
Yes father O’Riely.
What did father O’locklan get for his retirement present?
He got a gold set of rosary beads. No it was silver, / or was it plastic? That’s right it wasn’t gold or silver; it was a plastic set.
Well won’t that wear out in time father O’Brien, with all the preying he does?
Well actually, Father O’Locklan wasn’t a man known for his preying skills father O’Riely, that’s why they retirement him early.
I bet, when you and I retire father O’Brien, we’ll get a gold set of rosary beads, we deserve an expensive set that doesn’t wear out!
Don’t count on it father O’Riely, the church can be pretty stingy when they’ve finished with you, even preys won’t help here.
That’s not fair father O’Brien, I bet the pope doesn’t get a plastic set when he retires!
Just be satisfied with your heavenly reward father O’Riely.
