Oh I wish I was a dog
Oh I wish I was a dog,
that would really be swell.
Walking around all day
enjoying all the smells.
Getting my food supplied,
wouldn’t have to lift an eye.
Wouldn’t it be a dream and a hope
to get groomed and patted and affectionately stroked?
It would be so relaxing being a dog,
human life is so much faster.
O I wish I was a dog
instead of being master.
