Running sneakers

I bought myself

some running sneakers,

they are so nice but

Golly Jeepers!

They cost me a fortune,

like an arm and a leg.

You’d think I’d brought the goose

that laid the golden egg.

But it’s all worth it cause now I,

Strut around the bars

and in the sleazy streets.

Thinking; “I’m the coolest dood

you’re ever gonna meet.”

Thinking, “I’m the coolest dood

you’re ever gonna meet,”

“just because I have these shoes

that cost bloody heaps.”
