The shaky peace

The shaky peace

has begun.

Both sides have stopped,

pointing the gun.

And they look at each other

with a ‘side glance.’

With great restraint,

and sufferance.

But at least the shaky peace,

has begun

for they have both stopped pointing,

the gun.
