Unthinkable

What came into my head was unbelievable.

It was the best experience I have ever had in my entire life.

I wanted to tell someone.

Then I tried to tell a good friend and,

I found that it was ‘unspeakable.’

Words simply would not come to my lips.

And to my surprise, I found myself realising that it was also ‘unthinkable.’

No amount of ‘trying to think,’ could be of use.

I simply had to ‘feel.’

And so now that I have come to realise that my experience is;

Unthinkable and unspeakable,

I find myself realising that my experience is also unfortunately, un -inkable.

I cannot write down my experience for you at all.

So alas! I will have to stop writing this passionate poem.

My unbelievable experience has turned out to be;

unthinkable,

unspeakable

and un - inkable.

Such is the way -I am learning when - one tries to talk about ‘love.’
