“Order, order! the minister may resume his seat.
Your time for answering the question has elapsed.”
“But Mister Chairman!
I hadn’t got to the part where I was intending to personally demoralize the opposition.”
The minister will resume his seat.
Your time for answering the question has expired.
If the opposition wishes to ask a supplementary question you may, (in the nicest kind of way and according to parliamentary rules) demoralize the opposition then.
The minister will resume his seat.
Mr. Chairman,
My question is a supplementary question.
