Marriage

How very much like a lottery

Marriages are.

Like entering a raffle

to win the car.

There’s a lot of luck involved.

But when luck runs out

and is not in your favour,

It’s then you’ve got to

curve your marriage behaviour.

And have a bit of love.

And let down your personal mask.

That’s what really makes

a good marriage last.
