O Christ come back again

O Christ! come back again

and put on earth things right.

Teach us who misunderstand you,

lead us to the light.

Tell your story once again,

for things are not so fine.

Why don’t you come again

and turn water into wine!?

Show us your wisdom once again,

O please just one more time,

for we are growing weak day by day,

our sights is nearly blind.

Lead ‘we’ your lost sheep to greener lands,

back to the blessed fold.

Put us back on the right path,

for our faith has all gone cold.

For once is not enough it seems,

you did promised you’d return one day.

So why not make it very soon,

in this we all do prey.

In two thousand years

so much has change.

O Christ

come back again!!!
