The road I’m on

The road I’m on finishes when I die.

There is no heaven, no nirvana nor hell

when they ring that death bell.

And to this reasoning I cannot tell you why,

But this is what I firmly believe will happen,

‘when I die.’

There’d be no more me, I will be no more.

I will not be knocking at heaven’s door.

For I will not ‘be me,’ I will not even ‘be.’

I am an atheist.
