The seat of consciousness

The seat of consciousness,

it could be;

sparks in the brain,

registering either,

pleasure of pain.

Or it could be simply;

sights and sounds

of the ever changing,

world around.

And it could be simply;

a collection of cells,

working together.

Now who can tell where is, “the seat of consciousness.”

But where ever (and what ever) we think it is!

It could be!

something else.
