Where we come from
“Do not forget” said the Guru, “where you come from,”
“Where do we come from?” shouted a man in the crowd.
“The womb!
the country,
the earth,
The cosmos?”
“See you have forgotten already,” replied the Guru.
“You do not come from these things!
You only come through these things,
All of you come from your soul.”
And the Guru went off waving his hands in the air in exasperation.
